Fast food isn't something I indulge in terribly often. I don't have anything against it, mind you. When I do eat out, it's normally to avoid something else or so I have an excuse to step out of the house. Actually, avoiding stuff is something I do a lot, so it's a little surprising that I don't eat out more often.
I guess that's just because it's not the only thing I do to avoid doing other things. In fact, most of my daily activities stem from a motivation to avoid other activities. I should really stop doing that. How can I avoid that sort of behavior though?
